Start the design process confidently using our topographical plans overlying quality aerial photography. We provide remote measurement of roof ridgelines, tree heights and adjoining buildings from Reflectorless Total Stations.

Our involvement can start at the planning stage producing an accurate digital site plan with levels and boundaries, and progress to setting out the structures and certifying floor levels, coverage and height to boundary requirements.

Engineers
The key to all engineering projects is design based on accurate data tailored to the specific site. Surveying The Bay works with engineers providing pre and post-design survey services, topographical survey data, construction set out and quality assurance, ensuring your project is stress-free and within budget.
