Rural Farm Park
Surveying The Bay has been involved with these Rural Farm Parks:
Whakapirau Farm Park - Whakapirau Road (consented but not constructed). Farm Park development comprising 35 lifestyle sites located within a 180 hectare working farm. Development anticipates restoration of over 20 hectares of remnant native bush, into which a number of building sites are proposed. Developer: Mangatutu Station Ltd.
STB Involvement - lead consultant, layout design, Resource Management, Surveying.
Eskridge Farm Park - Hill Road, Esk Valley (80% completed). Farm Park development comprising around 35 lifestyle sites (averaging approx 4,000 m2) within a 100 hectare comunally owned pastoral farm including tennins courts and pavillion, with large areas retired from grazing and revegetated in native bush. Hill Country Conservation Estate - Blackbarn Road, Havelock North (completed). Farm Park development comprising around 45 lifestyle sites (ranging from 400 m2 to 5,000 m2) within a 100 hectare estate amongst vineyards, olive trees, native plantings, a nine hole golf course, tennis court and pavillion and a QEII covenant protected landscape. Matarua Farm Park - Waimarama Road, Tuki Tuki Valley (consented and underway). Farm Park development comprising around 15 lifestyle sites located within a 70 hectare working farm and proposing extensive amenity and stability plantings. Developer: Matarua Trustee Company Ltd. Link to Matarua page
