Three Dimensional Plans

Three Dimensional plans (3D plans) can be drawn in a number of ways:

a. Oblique View:
Drawn to show how a proposed development would appear from a specific viewpoint.



7b. Animated “Drivethrough”
Many people that need to understand a particular proposal (e.g. as part of a public consultation process) have difficulty understanding technical plans, which are mostly two dimensional.

To assist, we can generate simulations to show how proposed buildings or roads might look on a particular site. To aid understanding even further, “drive-throughs” can be generated.
